First Profit 1 (TP1) and First Profit 2 (TP2)

Good Day All 

I stated with trading with $500.00 and lot size 0.01 and grown. But want to know because I am not getting it right setting First Profit 1 (TP1) and First Profit 2 (TP2) and the MT 4. Is there a indicator that I can use or proper video to share that I can watch to view this.

Also can i do TP1 and TP 2 with lot size 0.01 to collect 50% of my profit or must i change my lots size e.g 0.10 to collect half of 10?
