you can invest in stocks in your country and other country too.but all the broker company cant execute those orders.there are separate broker firms who facilitate outside country transaction.
example auerbach grayson broker firms.its base in US but operate outside.if u want to operate outside ur country u ll have to find this type of broker firm.they ll execute ur orders for u.you just have to open a account with them that's it.
other wise u have to contact broker firm in particular country and get it done.its big hassle.
for forex no need have a broker in ur country.there are lot of online trading platform for forex trading.its very simple opening a account.
