Accurate Time Frame for Scalping?

I would like to know what is the accurate time frame in doing scalping trading.That would result at least 70% to 80% gain than loses. I have tried TF1, TF5 and TF15 and for some reason they have different results and signal. I am getting confused all the time. I just want to know based on your experiences what time frame work's best for you for scalping and what is the reason in choosing the respective time frame...Hoping to learn from you all.
