EA for horizontal Trendline Trading - Please help!

Hello,

I need your help guys, cause I already tried to learn MQL, but unfortunately it's too difficult for me.

The EA is very easy and should trade this way:

1) The EA should draw a horizontal line at a defined time (e.g. price at 15:00),

2) draw a horizontal line XX pips above/below

3) open order if price goes above/below the lines (no candeclose, just if the price goes above, the EA should open long)

4) If the price would come back into the channel, the EA should open a new position in the way of the second breakout (except in the case, if there is already a position open)
