I do not trade a system as such. My approach is based on a method called Cyrox scalping, but essentially I base my decisions on support and resistance levels on very low timeframes, jumping in on new trends and looking for reversals where price stalls. I aim to capture just a few pips at a time.

I increased to 20k trades this week. Perhaps I jumped up too early as my discipline fell apart and self destruct mode kicked in on the Friday.
