Alert for 4hour Trading System

Its based of off the 4hour time frame...basicly I use moving averages (50, 100, 200), stochastics and macd... I would like an alert when the folowing conditions are met:

Uptrend

1. look for all 3 MA's run parallel to each other

2. Look for macd to signal an uptrend

3. Look for 50 & 100 ma's to cross

4. look for 200 ma to cross below 50 and 100 ma

5. look for stochastics to cross above 80

Down trend

1.Look for all 3 ma's to run parallel to each other

2. look for macd to signal down trend

3. look for 50& 100 MA to cross down

4. Look for 200 MA to cross above 50 & 100.

5. look for stochastics to cross below 20

If I have know programming skills...I would like someone to program an alert when the MA's have cross and the macd and stochastics signals a strong up or down trend. I ask for an alert because I dont know if an EA would work with this system...I can pick up periods of range trading but an EA would not so I think just an alert would be better.
