The answer is very very simple. The price that the broker offers to you is drawn from the prices that he gets from banks. The bank pricing is today with 5 decimals.
Period.

Does any of you people have doubt on why TVF offers a 5th digit on the pip spread, while others only offer 4? I would like some opinions please, thank you.
