Audible alert on MA indicator

Hi all, it would be my pleasure if someone could program or tell me where to find an indicator that gives an alert when three EMAs are within 4 pips of each other. Indicator or system or whatever it might be, just some thing to give me an alert when three EMAs are close to each other.
