Anyone have Wilder's volatility index indicator?

Or is anyone interested in coding it?

I have attached a chart showing it on eurusd hourly.

I can provide information on the formula.

I do not have Wilder's volatility index but here is a great article on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange Volatility index. The article includes some great already developed graphs.
