im trying this EA

 

Thanks for sharing this winner with us.I would like to know what timeframe this EA works best on and what currency pair is ok to trade with. I would also like to know the default settings for the ATC for the EA I.e. Timeframe and currency pair.

Has anyone had long-term success with this "sasha" EA? I see thread starts around Nov 2006 wherein some talked about how they change settings per 3 month market characteristic. Long-term users let us know if this is the tactic that has worked! Thx!

This is a strategy similar to 'Donchian 5 & 20' where you have to insert SMA 5 and SMA 20 indicators in your daily charts. BUY when SMA 5 crosses over SMA 20 and SELL when SMA 5 crosses below SMA 20. Donchian always used this system in Bull Markets. However, if indicators such as PSAR combined with oscillators like MACD and RSI can give us precise signals for profitable bear markets as well.
