How do I use FTP to connect to, and get reports from, a MQL5.com VPS Server?

You need a FTP server, then after configuring MT4 (FTP client), you can send data to your server with SendFTP() from mql or by enabling "automatic publishing of reports" in the settings.
I have an active VPS and run Forex-Combo on a Demo Acct. I need to connect to the MT4 Platform and get reports. FTP is the old tried and true method, but I don't know how to use it.
Any help would be appreciated.
