is there any difference between Market info and Symbol info

Hello , 
I ask about the difference between those 2 function  if we use them for the same target like fetching spread

for example : MarketInfo(Symbol(),MODE_SPREAD  ,,,,  SymbolInfoInteger(Symbol(),SYMBOL_SPREAD)

Why is there a difference of rates between brokers? ie EURUSD etc....It should be the same for everybody?

That would be perfect and could lead to excellent co-operation between brokers and traders!

Its not happening though, because each broker uses different pools of liquidity and that produces the differences in rates.
