save a csv-webfile in the "file"-folder of MT4

does not anyone have an idea? I'm certainly not the first.
But I think the access to internet file is very difficult from MT4.

someone has ever from an EA save a csv web-file (for example: ...myfxbook.com/calendar_statement.csv) in
the folder "Files" and can possibly post a code example here?
