I'm having trouble installing MT4 on windows 7
when lunching the setup it automatically closes and sends report to microsoft the the setup has failed

which broker do u download MT4-setup-file ? Maybe you should re-download again. Or you can also install MT4 of ICmarkets . I'm using it and also log-in to other broker via this MT4. You can try
