Volume and colors in MT4/5

I’d like to know if is possible to change the list of numbers below for other values, like 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.10, 0.20, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00, 5.00, etc, etc…

And if is possible reorganize this confused pallet of colors?

If yes, how much do it?

You can not (those are built in defaults in that list)
