Triple ema cross fault

Attached is a triple ema cross signal but when checking it for a correct signal, it does not show the current signals at all - see illustration showing the place where 'up' arrows should have been shown.

The ema settings on screen are the standard ema/close settings.
Could someone check and correct the code please?
The mq4 file is attached and if it can be fixed I was going to ask for an alert to be added.
A triple cross ema is a great way to detect a trending chart and whilst the settings of 20/30/60 are specific to the 1hr chart it is a hugely useful indicator for those who have the patience to wait for a bigger trending chart.
