I do not think that you shall find one that is adjusting time to some sessions open. They usually are adjusting their time to sever time

there are lists somewhere online (and on FF) with the time offsets for the different brokers and MT4s etc

you can also change the time offset on with the Period convertor, its a pain, but can be done
