The quality of that picture is too low to say with certainty, that is why I was just guessing. The lowest is showing down when price goes up and vice versa, so I assumed the the question is about the one that looks like any of the 4 time frame bars indicators (except that it is showing 3 values as far as I see). With better quality picture someone might even know exactly what indicator(s) is on that picture

The only description of the "Conqueror" method I found is the following :

Buy

1. Last Close>10 day moving average of close (10DMAc)

2. Today's 10DMAc >10DMAc of 10 days ago

3. Last Close > Close 40 days ago

All three conditions must be met.

Sell signal use inverted logic.

But I doubt that would not give results that are visible on that chart indicator(s)

Found this version of Conqueror indicator
