RentASignal(RAS) still charging Spread commision. How to Stop this.?

Hi, RAS is closed. Signal and autotrading is closed but they are still charging 1pip spread. How to stop this 1Pip charging.

I contacted FXCM. reply is as following.

The reason that account # 860047-- contains an extra markup is due to the Introducing Broker, Rent A Signal DBA, which charges an additional one pip markup on your trades.

Advice me what to do. As RENTASIGNAL is no longer exist.
