Time Range Breakout ea? Need Help

Hi all.

I need a simple indicator that open a position if the price break the value of the high or low of specified time range plus customizable pips.

Attached there is an indicator that plot the lines i need but if you have better indicator there are no problem.

It is possible to create an ea that open position on breakout of this lines? It must open only o trade per day, so if the price breake first the low line and if eventually the price pullback and break also the upper line it must not open the trade.

The external variable would be:

Pips Offset from line

Lots

TP

SL

I am not a coder too.

I posted those links just having the hope that some coder will look at it (because it is much easier to modify EA/indicator than to create it from raw idea for example).
