I don't know of anything that does what you want, specifically.
I know there's a DLL out there that allows free-floating chart windows. It might be easier to open them up and have them spread out across your desktop, easier to select. I can't recall the exact name DLL or programmer who made it, but a quick google search should find it somewhere.
