No. Completely different math of the two and the values shown in that rsi can not be calculated from the way how WPR is calculated (wpr in general is a very simple formula : 100*(close-maximum)/(maximum-minimum) where maximum and minimum are calculated over the wpr period bars - so no place to "intervene" in that calculation)
