Indicator for extremes near open

I am looking for an indicator that will plot the (open - low)if the low is closest to the open....and the (high-open) if the high is closest to the open. I would also like to be able to plot a 10 period average of each of these..example: a 10 SMA of open -low...only open minus the low when the open is closest to the low...vice versa for the high - open.

I calculate (High - Open) / ATR as array, the SMA and the standard deviation.

Very interesting... However not what I am looking for...thanks anyway though.

Does anyone have the indicator described in Post#2 of this thread?

For some reason the indicator I want(described in post#1)has been impossible to get coded...i have tried several forums at different times over the past year or so and I just can't get it
