Three Types of Relationships derived from GMMA

1. Pullback without Compression

• Short term group pulls back

• No compression in long term group

• Safe mid-trend entry based on temporary price weakness

2. Pullback and Compression – Weakening Trend

• Pullbacks occur in the context of continued compression in the long term group. This is a weakening trend as investors join the selling.

• Pullbacks have no investor support. Compression shows investors are selling.

• Sell off threatens the trend. Compression and dip shows strong investor selling.

3. Penetration – End of Trend

• Short term group penetrates long term group.

• Long term group compresses as investors BUY.

• Point A is confirmation of exit signals.

• Point B is full GMMA confirmation.
