I want to know what the new regulations are more than the new $10 mil requirement. Mostly because my funds are at a well financed broker and an ECN.

The new requirements will go up incrementally to $20million. All I can see is a lot of brokers are about to leave the USA en masse leaving a select few to fleece the customers that are left in an uncompetitive environment.
