Intrabar Order Generation?

Hello, newbie here to MT but wondering can anyone tell me if an MT EA will execute an order intrabar? Unlike "on close".

Intrabar no prob

An EA can issue an order anytime there is a price tick. Not limited to close only. It's all in how you want to program it.
