A script to read the account history and place trade arrows?

I need a script or EA that will read the account history, and draw arrows on the chart.

Each arrow can be "up" or "down", showing the starting time and place of each and every trade that was done with the account.

Does anybody know of the existence of such thing?

It is the better to look at Metaquotes website (russian versions as english version does not have much information) https://www.mql5.com/ru/code/mt4/

Need somebody to point me where can I find an indicator which calculate the total pips for all open position.

try to find it by myself, but cannot find it.
