I'd like to know this too, but I would be surprised if anyone here was doing the EA thing last year.

My "guess" is that since the banks are the real market movers, and not us little guys, then it should be OK to trade this week. After all, the banks are open from the 26th till the 29th.

banks are open, but think about the individual traders.. i'm sure some are on vacation during the entire week.
