RSI alert and popup

Hello my forextsd friends! Im rather new round these parts but have been readng everything I can everyday. Thanks for all the hard work!

Now on to my question. I am looking for an RSI alarm and popup for mt4. Something that will alert me when a 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70 line is being broken. But I also only want it to alert me AFTER the candle has closed so that it isnt going off every time the line may move above and then dart back below the line or vice versa.

I have tried searching for something like this on the boards but have come up with nothing. I hope that I am just missing something and someone will come to my rescue .

I also have an idea for an EA, but I am rather new to mt4 and EAs and not to sure how well it would work. If anyone is interested let me know.

I was on this thread and compiled the DT-RSI-SIG.mq4 without any trouble. I got the .ex4 and placed it on a chart and it looks good. When I tried to send it back to you, so you could put any alerts and a popup window on it, I couldn't do it. I was being told the file is bad. That I didn't understand. Could you please code this indi with a popup window, letting me know if it's signaling up or down and which pair it is on. Thanks so much. Also, why is it saying the file isn't good, when I try to send it to you? Thanks for your time.
