Indicator help

hello, i want to create a custom indicator but dont know how to do this.

I want to create a simple box over certin candle patterns. and to be able to choose what color of a box is over each pattern.

theese are the following patterns i want to have boxed.

Dark cloud cover, piercing line pattern,both bear and bull engulfing pattern, evening star,mourning star doji, three black crows,three white soldiers,falling three methods,rising three methods.

any help would be extremly appriciated. ive read some programing guides and i just cant find anything that can create the indicator that i want.
