Trading rules

hello,

i have found the doc for this trading system, but i have not perfect understand the entry rules, my questions for the entry rules are

1) must be use te last 24/80/210 bars counting by the last Closed Candle or must be count from Hour 0 at the day?

2) for entry must be check and agree the 3 timeframes in one (when yes, what are te constelation), or is each timeframe separatly for trading entry?

3) must be enter at the 61,8 and 38,2% fibo or at 65 and 35% levels?
