Minimum Distance between market prices and limit price

I want to place limit orders as the market approaches some price levels. What is the minimum distance between the ask and the buylimit price? I am guessing that it will be the same for bid and selllimit price.

It differs from broker to broker!

ex: Fibo group the limit is 3 pips from the current Ask/Bid price!

And NorthFinance it must be 10 pips.
