The clue was related to total randomness like in the lottery, and non-total randomness because of patterns in forex as compared to the cards that leave the shoe in Blackjack having an non-random (predictable) effect on the outcome of the next played hands.

I do think that forex can't be compared with anything,it's totally different.
But you can certainly treat it as a lottery if you want.
