Where are the details and evidence?
I tried and tested versions 1 and 2 of this software, I only tried to test the time of closing a position, the other parameters were not modified at all. I opened positions manually.
I change the closing time, which is the time that the platform's servers correspond to the time of the K-line, and then I wait until the time when the position is already opened, but it is not closed automatically.
For example, if I open a 0.01 lot in Europe or the US, then I run the EA, change the time to close the position, and leave all the other parameters unchanged, and when the time comes, the position is not closed.

You made a mistake in the input parameters: you did not specify your ' magic number' (positions opened manually have a ' magic number' equal to '0').
You made an error in the input parameter: the "phantom number" was not specified (the "phantom number" is equal to "0" for manually opened positions).
Ok, thanks, I'll try again, at least I understand that if the position is opened manually, the phantom number is equal to "0".
Now let's test opening a position. Why do I test opening a position? Because I opened a long position manually, and my account cannot be hedged, so if I open another short position, it is equivalent to closing the position. The same number of lots, the direction of the opposite, the specified currency to open the position is equivalent to close the position
I tested opening a position and using it as a closing position. Tested it once and it worked. Thank you very much.
Now there are a lot of closed positions that have not yet been tested successfully, it is all the closed EAs, at least more than 10 downloaded EAs, that have not been successful.
Keep on testing.

YOU probably don't read the news: there are two types of accounts in the MetaTrader 5 terminal - netting and hedging.
I still can't close the position, but I opened two successful tests.
Manually opened a short position of 0.01 lots, and then opened a long position of 0.02,. The test was successful. Use the default phantom size.
Manually opened a position and closed it independently, but it still didn't work. The phantom number is 0, and when the time comes to close the position, it doesn't respond.
There is another test, after using the backhand 0.02 long order, and using the time to close the position, it is possible to close the position. With default phantom number
That is, if you open a position with this EA, it is possible to close it, but if you open a position manually and close it with this EA, it is not possible. This is what we have tested so far.
Still can't close the position, but opened it twice and tested it successfully.
Manually opened a short position of 0.01 lots, and then opened a long position of 0.02,. The test was successful. Use the default phantom number.
Manually open a position, close it independently or it doesn't work. The phantom number is 0, the position is not closed at the time, no response.

If you have something to say, please: provide a description of the trading environment. Provide a description (detailed) of your steps: what you do and what you get.
For example, at 03:15 server time, I manually opened a short position in Europe and the United States for 0.01 lots and set a Stop Loss and Take Profit in MT5, and I need to set a time to close the position at 18:00.
Server time 15:15 I manually opened a long position in AUD 0.01 lot with a Stop Loss and Take Profit set in MT5, and I need to set a time to force the position to close at 21:00 A mandatory close time of 21:25
Provided that the position must be opened manually, with the closing EA to close the position at the time of the closing time forced to close the position, each trading instrument (trading varieties) can be set up independent of the time to close the position. Or each underlying trade has a corresponding mandatory closing time.
For example, at 03:15 server time, I manually opened a short position in Europe and the United States for 0.01 lots, set a stop-loss and take-profit in MT5, and needed to set a time for the forced closure of the position at 18:00.

Provided that the position must be opened manually, the position will be closed by the closing EA at the closing time, and the closing time can be set independently for each trading instrument (trading instrument). Or each underlying trade has a corresponding mandatory closing time.
I still don't understand you. Tip: read the description carefully. Set the correct Magic Number. I will not give more advice. I hope you can read.
