What do you mean by "at long last"! It has been that way for years, probably going on 4 years ago, that FNB become an official representative for PayPal in RSA.
lol I think what she means is the expression of "at last", "finally, thank you sir" ... finally, after much waiting since OT date, thank you sir.

I know what the expression means, but it is unclear to what the OP was referring.

By the way, "Sipho" is generally a boy's name (I lived in RSA for 20 years), plus given that the second name is "Collen", the OP is definitely a "He" and not a "She"!
