Place Automatic Pending Order

Hi All...

Is there can help to create EA as below request.

1) MT4 will automatic place 5 BUY pending order & 5 SELL pending order when server time reach 08:00

2) All order come with TP 100-150 pips.  

3) All pending order not execute will delete at server time 00:00

4) Gap every order are 50 pips
