I tried googling that error but nothing helpful came up - what does it mean?

What are you using to take the screenshot?

I'm right clicking on the chart in MT4 and choosing 'Save Picture'

Restarting the PC seems to fix the problem for a while, and I can upload charts but then the problem comes back again
