Is there a hedging EA that can work with manually opened trades or those placed by another EA that will automatically open a hedging position if let's say trade went -20 pips to prevent further loss?

If trader hedge he will be pay swap<If trader close he free from obligations.

What different between (buy-close) and (buy-sell)?

Yerlan is right, sometimes Hedgeing may not be the best option as you have to pay swap for everyday you hold a position open

Just an update, I have found an EA which do exactly what I was looking for and it is called Multi-purpose Trade Management EA. Thank you.
