How to follow my own signal

Whenever I publish my signal it never goes public for whatever reason. Any solution for that? I only need to publish it to follow myself, I don't want any subscribers

As I know from this article: there is public signals (users with some criteria can subscribe) and your personal signal (no one can subscribe). 

And there are some limitations, for example, real/live account can not subscribe to demo/free signal.

If it is something wrong so you can write to service desk for example.
