You can set the line properties to display on any timeframe that you want

What is "Global Crosshair"?

You can create a line ObjectCreate - Object Functions - MQL4 Reference on any chart (first variation) or on the current chart (second variation.)

In either case it will not appear on any other chart. It will stay on the current chart even if you change the timeframe to H1.
