Shift Chart Over By 30 Minutes?

I know this is going to seem a bizarre request to many of you but is there a way to move the chart over by 30 minutes.  By this I mean where currently a 1hr bar shows the activity from 8:00 - 9:00, 9:00 - 10:00, etc, is it possible to have the hourly bars showing the activity from 7:30 - 8:30, 8:30 - 9:30, etc.  Obviously I'm aware that you can use a 30min chart but that is not what I am wanting to do.  Thanks in advance.

With offline charts you can have different TFs, different start time, Renko, constant range bars, equivolume charts, etc.

This is not a bug, nor anything which require some kind of "fix'.
