They do accept enhancement requests. I have an enhancement coming in the next release that I asked for on 5th Jan 2016 which was completed on 17th Feb 2016.

Go to your profile, select the "Service Desk" tab and click "new request"

From there you should select the "MetaTrader 4 platform" and "Suggestion for improvement" drop downs
