yes, some brokers are 4and5digit opperation. one pip in 4digits brokers is ten pips in 5digits brokers because 5digits brokers opperate mini pips

Nope,  you are mixing up pips with points . . .

In general terms,  a point is the last digit,  on odd number of digit symbols the last but one digit is a pip and a pip is 10 points,  on even number of digits symbols one point is also a pip.
