In my experience, it'll be your ISP or your broker's server.
It is most likely not a problem with the terminal itself.
hi.. i am facing same problem.. after the broker's servers down, i still cannot login.. the connection status always shown 'common error'..
what should i do? the broker support said their server already back in business, but still cant login.. i've re-installed the mt4 more than 2 times... the problem still occured.
