technical problem with metatrader4

Hello, 

I registered yesterday, but today the platform is blocked, it is not updated and at the bottom of the screen it appears "not connected" or " account not valid" ....what can I do? Thanks

Click on "File" and Log into trade account

Also, if you are having a technical issue, it would be better to contact either your broker, or through the service desk on MQL5.com, under your profile page.  Use this is if Gum's solution does not resolve your issue.
