You have only three choices: Search for it, learn to code it, or pay someone. We're not going to code it FOR you. We are willing to HELP you when you post your attempt (using SRC) and the nature of your problem.
 
Pin bars are patterns that we have to find by own and I will not recommend any EA or indicator for this. Just make one habit of seeing all major pairs on daily time frame and you will find a good pin bar to trade with. You might not get a solid one in a week or two but you need to have patience to be good at it.
