Hi this is an old but very good topic.

Eventhough MT4 tried to simulate the ticks, timer functions in EA's do not work.
In example: IF price = 1.1110 for > 100msec THEN close position.
It does not matter when you set the timer to 0,100,10.000, it simply never works and behaves very strangely.

Am I the only one searching for a improved 3rd party strategy tester which really uses ticks+time?
