Length of Time Since Pair 30 Pips Lower

I would like to know how many minutes have passed since EURUSD was exactly 30 Pips lower than it is right now.

How can this be done with MT4?

Loop back through the bars on the M1 chart using iLow if M1 is not the current chart 

If difference between the current price and the low is >=30 pips get the time of that bar and subtract it from TimeCurrent, divide by 60
