paid signal provider doesnt trade - can the subscription fee be returned?

what to do if a signal provider charges for a signal and dosent make any trades?

This signal (<Name removed by moderator>) enabled payment for his signal:

and did not trade for a week. now another week seems idle.

1. What a subscriptor that subscribed for a week can do if there was not trades? Is the fee 5.00 credits for a week of subscription going to be returned?

2. if so is it going to be automatic or you have to create a case with a service desk?

3. if you have to create case with a service desk (it takes 2-4 weeks for a service desk to respond) can the money still be returned after such a long pierod? they are beeing transfered to the sellers account after the subscription period ends, so he can already cash it out.

paying for a week subscription and not recieving any trades is basically a scam, paying for nothing. Watch out for this provider as he trades very rarely (only 4 days in this whole month). Another thing is his growth rate. It should be so arteficially high if he almost doesnt trade. How is it beeing counted? Is it "Frozen" during the periods of no trade?
