Please can anyone explain, sorry just started my experience with forex, why my position was closed with note  closed at official settlement. what that's mean ?

First, when you open a topic in a forum, describe well the problem/topic in the title.

If all would call the topic "need help" the forum would become incomprehensible.

I think you should ask you broker for their trading conditions

Possibly, there was a fixed date for your position to close, this is likely in options trading whereby the position is taken in accordance with fixed price to close, above, below, one touch, never touch etc..
